Plexflow shows $38, $100 or $250 per month by plan. Yardi Breeze shows US$1 per unit per month with a $100 minimum on its US site, on a 12-month contract, and no price on its Canadian site. Hopem does not publish its prices. Kasai Free costs $0.
Do I have to leave Hopem or Plexflow to use Kasai?
No. Kasai imports your portfolio from a CSV export and runs alongside your current software. Your accounting and rent collection stay where they are. During the Concierge Trial, we do the import for you within 48 hours.
