How do I pay?

What happens when my portfolio grows?
You move to the next tier the month you pass the door count. Nothing else changes: same agents, same numbers, same data.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Kasai gives you a dedicated Québec number. You set up call forwarding from your current line, for evenings and weekends or around the clock. Your tenants dial the same number as before.
Which languages does it speak?
French and English. Kasai answers in the tenant’s language, with a bilingual greeting in your name.
Where is my data?
Stored in Canada, never sold. Consent and French-first are built into the product, and every action Kasai takes is logged. The details are in our privacy policy.
